Each individual may hold only one Six Game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Six Game uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and any related winnings reviewed.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure without refund of bonus funds.
Six Game applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts, particularly before processing withdrawals beyond a threshold amount. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and — where payment methods require it — confirmation of the payment account ownership. Six Game will specify what documents are required at the time verification is triggered.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Six Game login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Six Game accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, provided that Six Game's own systems have not been compromised.
Six Game operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied to any transaction on the platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Six Game account holder — are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be returned to the originating account and the Six Game account suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your Six Game balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact Six Game support with your transaction reference number.

Six Game cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally where fraudulent or criminal activity is identified. Player data may be shared with relevant authorities where legally required.
Each game available on Six Game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These specific game rules supplement — and in case of direct conflict, take precedence over — the general terms in this document for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.
All RNG-based games on Six Game use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested for statistical fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by professional trained dealers in HD studio environments. Game results are final once confirmed by the system or dealer. Six Game does not alter game results after the fact.
For Crash Games, outcomes are determined using a provably fair algorithm. The crash point for each round is set cryptographically before the round begins and can be verified by any player using the hash values displayed in the game history. This means Six Game cannot influence the crash point during a round under any circumstances.
In the event of a genuine technical error — such as a game malfunction, server disconnection during an active round, or a display error that incorrectly shows a win or loss — Six Game will investigate and determine the correct outcome based on the game state recorded by our servers at the time of the error. Where a game round cannot be accurately reconstructed, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. Six Game's decision in such matters is final.

Provide your username, the game name, the round or transaction ID (visible in your account history), and a description of the issue. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Six Game's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net losses suffered by the player directly caused by Six Game's proven negligence during the six-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Six Game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Six Game will notify registered players by email and/or via a prominent in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by legal or regulatory obligations.
If you do not agree with an amended version of these terms, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw any available balance before the amended terms come into effect. Continued use of Six Game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice.
